Second Hook Stage bug - PC (Also effecting mori's)

Survivor in public match, kobe'd off first hook (last attempt before 2nd stage). Was ebony mori'd by killer next time I was downed when I should of had a hook state left. Killer was also surprised in post game chat.
Was Nea, Lithe/BT/Resilience/Spine Chill. On Badham preschool. Killer was the Onryo.
