Which killer should have addons to inflict debuffs for the duration survivors have that killer's specialty debuff?

PH - Torment should be able to torment people with debuffs.

Nemesis - Infected should make people zombie magnets, but also do more overall.

Clown - After being drugged, survivors should have a slower gen speed and/or other debuffs.

Onryo - For being "condemned", survivors are really only getting a slap on the wrist unless the play like an idiot.

I left him and doc off the list because they both deal more in hallucinations then they do debuffs.
I do agree that Freddy should get an addon pass. I wish that almost all his addons were devoted to hallucinations and trickery.
