No Access to PTB?

Anybody else just have no public-test option in the dropdown menu? The devs didn't release a code like in the past so it should just be automatically in the dropdown shouldn't it?

    Restart Steam.

    In the end I had to verify the integrity of the game files. Cheers. Can be closed - might come in handy for other users with similar issue.
