Banning Hackers at a HWID Level

Has BHVR ever looked into banning hackers at HWID level?

If anyone is confused HWID is Hardware ID and When your account is found to have cheating software and warrants a HWID ban, the physical hardware addresses of all of your equipment are blacklisted. Any further usage of that account, any other account, etc. will be instantly banned if used in conjunction with any of that hardware.

This will make it harder for people to use hacked accounts since they will have to buy all new hardware in order to play the game again, as to what level the HWID ban will happen is upto BHVR.

    They do ban at Hardware level but there are tools to circumvent this, that's all I'll say on the matter, because quite frankly the less people that look into that the better.

    HWIDs can be spoofed.

    Just banning cheaters doesn't fix the problem. Updating the anti-cheat to just gut cheaters when they cheat or before they start cheating is how you stop cheating.
