How would you feel if The Riddler came to DbD

Weird question, but I honestly think he'd wouldn't be that bad of a choice, a 1v4 based Killer, and maybe you could give him a gun, not like Deathslinger's Redeemer, an actual pistol, for a 1v1.

So, Riddler in DbD?

I honestly don’t think he’d fit into the game, Scarecrow would be a way better fit to be a killer in DBD in my honest opinion.

I'm ok in principle with a Batman villain being in the game, although honestly Scarecrow would be my first choice. Especially if Scarecrow's ability involved having realm-specific spooky illusions like evil looking scarecrows planted in the corn fields and grim corpses or limbs reaching at survivors that aren't normally there. Mechanically I imagine his ability could be a bit like Clowns, except his toxin would be something other than just speed up and slow down. Some ideas off the top of my head of what being under the effects of Fear toxin might be:

    • Survivors who look directly at Scarecrow during a chase involuntarily scream and run directly away from him for at least 1 second. (He'd be a killer you'd have trouble watching while he chases you.)
    • Terrorized survivors are Incapacitated and unable to work on gens or heal until they snap out of it.
    • When a survivor is hit by a toxin attack their movement controls are briefly randomized (i.e. up becomes down and/or left becomes right) to simulate confusion.
    • While being chased by Scarecrow you see multiple false images of him chasing you from different directions.
    • Also hallucinatory terrain effects like not seeing vaults or pallets that are actually present, fake pings of other survivors being downed or hooked, and aesthetically things like evil looking scarecrow props.

I really don't think he's a good one tbh, but Scarecrow could work greatly (I also just love the character so I would be freaking happy). He could fit greatly and have a "supernatural" power given by the Entity around his fear toxin, which would fit better in game than a gun In guess

I don't think Batman has any villains that truly fit the direction that Dead By Daylight has to offer.

I'd be confused as hell, but I wouldn't complain.
