Artist power disable bug

I was playing on Haddonfield as artist, and tries to place a crow. When i did I was facing one of the small steel bar fences in front of a car, and the crow didn't summon, though there was still a tiny flight path, and the recall timer still when down. The text at the bottom saying what to press to use the power disappeared, and I was unable to use my power for the rest of the match. Obviously this is a very specific and niche situation, but until it's fixed, don't place birds while facing small objects.
