Simple yet YUGE Bloodweb rework
I know this idea has been brought up countless times, but I do enjoy discussing Bloodweb ideas.
Prestige 1, 2, 3 will unlock survivor/ killer specific perks automatically to their respective ranks within the Bloodweb.
Default perks, and perks from other survivors/ killers work slightly different.
For example, let's say you have Hag to prestige 3, and Bubba is only prestige 2.
Bubba's Bloodweb will only have grade 2 or higher perks, including other killer perks such as Ruin, or default perks such as Spies from the Shadows, in the Bloodweb at grade 2. Bubbas unique perks will already be unlocked at grade 2 for Bubba alone, meaning he would only have to buy BBQ grade 3 in the Bloodweb!
This would affect all perks for both killer, and survivor. It would cut back on a YUGE portion of the grind that a lot of players are put off by.

so instead of 100 perks they will have to get only 97 in the bloodweb?

Nah you speed level the killer/surv, and instead of buying the same perk 3 times you only have to buy it once. With killer/ survivor specific perks already unlocked once you reach prestige 3. It makes prestige not suck as much. Its simple maths mayne.

So in prestige 3 you instantly unlock tier 3 perks instead of 1-2-3?
