We need another big useless perk buffing thing
I don't know about anyone else, but I am pretty tired of how the meta is lately, I missed when the devs buffed useless perks and everyone started using something different for once. I think we should have more times when clearly useless perks should be buffed or changed. Though obviously not super overturned for both survivors and killers, like boil over was. I would like to see a day where Monstrious shrine or buckle up was buffed or reworked.

But keep in mind people are too busy (killer mains mostly, to be fair, who have surpassed survivor mains in bias and entitlement, surprisingly) complaining and demanding nerfs for this or that. Instead of asking for perks to be buffed, they want things nerfed. That tells you a lot about a lot of people's mentality here.

I mean honestly it's both.
There are a ton of useless perks on both sides that should get buffed, but at least for the survivor meta, making anything to compete with the meta is impossible without either nerfing the meta, or making a perk so strong that it's busted. (See: COH and boil over when it was first buffed.)

and this relates to this post how? i am mostly a killer main atm and I love seeing new perks or old perks being buffed to be strong stop grouping everyone together its so dumb.

Yeah, but sometimes you do have to over buff. It's the only way to shake things up and -actually- make an impact. If all you ever do is make a useless perk, an extremely situational useful once every 20 matches perk, you will still change nothing. If all you do is make a useless perk, be a mediocre one now, while nerfing a powerful perk, to make it also mediocre, then instead of a nice perk and a useless perk, now all you have is mediocre.

You should read my post again if you feel you are unable to understand the worst I posted. Making it simpler: People want nerfs first and foremost, not buffs.
