Question about the new Prestige System

So in the livestream and on the website they stated that you will keep "Perks, Add-Ons and Items" - but what about offerings?

This is important to me since I've got 2 killers left where I have 5th year anniversary cakes and I don't wanna lose them but I want to prestige those characters so this change would make this possible.

So is there any information about Offerings?
