these 2 perks single handily win games and this is long overdue

    Watch self-healing become basekit and Self-Care be changed to speed up self-healing.

    BBQ probably won't get a direct nerf. The Devs should notice that the bloodpoint bonus is the reason people use it. So they'll add the BBQ stack mechanic to other perks as competition or make the stacking bloodpoint bonus base kit.
