The new killer is proof sadakos TV don't need cool down
It's very unfortunate that I feel that the dredge is to me a super powerd sadako, very similar abilities, nightfall similar to her dymanifested, and a anti loop ability with the shard it can return to.
I thinck this is proof that sadakos TV do not need any cool down as dredge has a hell of q lot more points It can teleport to and better placed points that can only be delayed not turned off, it really shows how much sadakos ability can suffer when compared to the new killer

The difference is the condemnation meter.
Condemned needs a rework before Sadako's teleport can be touched.

Bingo. They said they considered making all the tvs reset when all tvs are on cooldown. May reconsider that.

The thing that Sadako teleport comes with instant kill, you cant freely teleport and by the luck, someone gets 7 stacks in 3mins.
There are many way to buff her though. Say, limit her teleport, in return of consistence Condem rate stacking, such as teleport once per min, but every survivors gain a stack. At 7 stack they can not take tape any more.
After 5min, you will have survivors completely abandon Gen and go for TV.

The condemnd just be when yr holding the tape to shut down a TV for ever say 30-60 seconds, but tbh the thing is so weak and useless I forgot it even existed
Be better if it increased by looking at a TV or something defo needs a fix

I play her using her Iridescent that turns on the last 4 tvs after a hit so I’ve played with infinite teleports and even then when someone happens to get condemned, if nots not the person you’re currently on the can probably get rid of it before you can catch them.
My best match I got 2 condemn kills at the last second but they played poorly.
Most of the time I can maybe get 1 per match near the end.
Giving her teleport charges would be a better way of managing it and that Iridescent could then refresh a charge.

They do need a cooldown, it just needs to be shorter.
