Clarification on Prestige Awards
For this, do the characters have to just be P3 or do they qualify for different rewards depending on how many perks or bloodwebs they have achieved through the levels.
For example, will the rewards be different for a P3 Level 1 character than a P3 Level 50 character with all perks tier 3.
If so, does this apply to licensed characters and perks? i.e. I have Myers or Huntress P3 Level 50 but am missing a lot of Licensed perks.

you only have to have reached P3 level 1 to get the ‚distinct prestige reward‘ (which is not a cosmetic nor a charm)
if you have characters lower than P3 but leveled up high over level 50 there will however there will be some transfer happening so that you get to be higher prestige on them and unlock their perks on the other characters. But as far as I understood, the P3 reward will still not be given out in this case

It is a unique reward that isn't cosmetic according to mods/ dev's
