If legion gets stunned during his power he has the pallet stun then instantly followed by the frenzy stun, is this intended or is it like that old nurse bug where it wasn't intended?

    This can sometimes happen if you have Julie's Mix Tape, because for some deranged reason, rather than having the effect trigger the moment Legion is stunned in Frenzy, the add-on instead applies the effect AFTER the stun ends. If you haven't noticed just yet, if you use that add-on, and get stunned, look at the power gauge. The power is still "active" and its depleting. Which means if you get stunned while you have Julie's Mix Tape and the power drains completely before the stun is over, you will finish the stun animation and then proceed into the fatigue animation.

    Why doesn't this add-on work on-stun? Why does the implementation have to be the most clunky thing possible? Why. Just why.

    Probably the same as a nurse getting stunned after a blink, then going through her fatigue.. not intended.

    Report it in the bugs page, just to be sure.
