In multiple attempts of trying to summon a powerful being day to day... The other Cultist hold hands and speak the words of the gods. The ritual was a success but it required one more thing a sacrifice. The other cultist look between each other then all stared at Dove Harper. Of course in her mind all she thought was "why me , Zubin please don't allow this" but it was to late. Dove was tossed into the circle as the body evaporates into ashes.. The last screams she shed vanished. Dove woke up alive and well but not in a normal place she ended up somewhere bizarre... somewhere empty, she ended in the realm itself...

being injured within 12 seconds after leaving a gen your working on regresses 35/45/55% slower for 30 seconds and is highlighted when killer is near.
This has a 40 cool down After Slow is stopped or perk doesn't go off in time

40+ Severe Sense
Exhaust status effect is reduced by 45%
Upon getting hit by a basic attack reduce cool down of perks by 6/12/18 seconds

But little did he Know his apprentice Dove Harper was choose without his permission. He watched her evaporate in front of him as the cultist cheer of the success. Zubin was suo full of rage the love of his life gone he couldn't take it no more. Grabbing his Book of poems he chanted and changed summoning death upon them all. The Entity was pleased with this and offered him a place to stay in exchange he could see Dove once more. Not knowing he would have to kill her for all of eternity.
Ability and Perks of The Restrict
Power 1 the glimpse of Insanity- The Restrict pulls out the book of Poems and begins to cast a circle surrounding them. This circle reaches up to 5 meters pass your ability maximum radius
Within this survivors inside gain a new debuff Insanity after two seconds inside
survivors caught inside your circle gain a new meter that goes up 5% every 0.5 seconds
This affect does not go through walls and the circle can be refired anytime you want it will disappear if not held
Making your circle reduces your movement speed by 8% when casting but will grant normal speed once circle is fully formed
It takes 6 seconds to full form a circle
Insanity - Upon every unique survivor gaining this affect grants the killer a additional 4 meters to terror radius and special ability terror radius when they Receive the affect Exclusive to The Restrict
When the meter fills to 100% Over Insanity actives and the survivor begin to have back ward controls

Meter decays 10% every 3 second if it does not persist after 40 seconds of not being applied
It can also be lowered if survivor is near another survivor at 5% every second
When survivors heal another survivor or themselves the healing process bar of goes down at the same rate of any increased healing they may have but the they are given skill checks that heal 15% of the heal bar
Survivors repairing gens Will scream occasionally when ever they are working with someone seeing illusion of the Killer instead of a survivor
Survivors will see visions of fake survivors that fake blow up gens.

Special ability - Channel shackles
Upon 1 survivor reaching full insanity meter from Glimpse of Insanity Channel Shackles becomes available.
Upon using consume all insanity from Survivors and enter The Void
Entity blocks all pallets and gen within your Ability terror radius and increases 4 additional meters for each survivor with insanity
Any survivor that had 50% or more insanity will scream
A fake version of the survivor that has insanity spawns in and runs around scaring survivors.
Fake survivors can be destroyed by interacting with them or blinding or stun.
You can run through them as a form of interacting
This Special power has a 30 second cooldown
Perks of The Restrict
Rituals and slaughters the sacrifices must be made to so what you have to do in the eyes of a demon with 3 perks that makes your life difficult hut make rewards even better Electric Out, Poems of Lies, Body Numbness

Upon a gen being completed 1/2/3 gens begin to regress at 25% faster if a survivor is working on a gen they scream instead and suffer a 15 second expose
35+ Poem of Lies Melodies of life and death balance the same
Whenever you sacrifice or kill a survivor gain a token up to 3 for each token survivors have a decreased hook timer by 15/20/25%
Each struggle on a hook reduces next chance by 0.5%
40+ Body Numbness You feel so dull without the one you love.
When ever you injure a survivor Body Numbness activates the survivor who is stuns you will notify you whenever they interact with a gen,vault,player,and or totem cleanse for 1.5/2/2.5 seconds
The survivor can also see you whenever you interact with someone,hit a gen,pallet or wall, Vault
This persist on one survivor at a time for 60 seconds before going deactivating until next use
Add-on Idea for The Restrict
Toy Wand- slightly increase Glimpse of insanity circle charge
Children book- Glimpse of insanity no longer reverts controls regress healing or causes survivors to scream upon working with someone
Gain 100% bloodpoints in deviousness category
Tattered Robe- Increase the rate at which Glimpse of insanity fills insanity meter.
Red Chalk- Increase the special radius by a additional 1 meter per insanity consumed
Ritual knife- Increase insanity fill by 0.4% but circle can only be held for 5 seconds before having to remake it

Power of the killer is super cool. Perks are very weak though. Try not to include debuffs in perks because mostly they are not needed. Just make it where a perk has all benefits and no consequences. For Instance Electric Out is pretty terrible because of 1 gen already being done. That is insane and is helping the survivors more than you. Truly get rid of the debuff and the perk would be fine. Same as the last perk, body numbness. Make it where you only see the survivor and the survivor dosnt see you. Altogether pretty cool
