BBQ tier 3 isn't real.
At level 38, and who knows how many blood points, I've come to the conclusion that it just doesn't exist, it just can't be, how could 1 man be THAT unlucky?

On my Wraith, I got to what I estimate (didn't count specifically) to be level 58 before I actually got BBQ tier 1.
It's just a slippery, elusive beast of a perk...

I have killers (many in fact) that are Level 50 and don't have BBQ at all.

I spent 3m bp to get it tier 1 on one killer. So you are one lucky bastard for sure

It depends on how many perks you have unlocked, the more you have the less the chances of it appearing, if you have unlocked 40 perks BBQ has to compete against all those, if you have only 3 unlocked it has to compete against those 3 and the ~14 general perks, the only way to improve the perk odds is to get wathever you can to rank 3 because it reduces the pool of perks the bloodweb can chose from.
If you have unlocked everyone's perks and you have it at 2 at level 38 you can consider yourself lucky, if you are leveling Leatherface as your first character and still have it at rank2 at 38 then you are extremely unlucky.
P.D. awful leveling design, Im not gonna miss it once the update drops and removes RNG forever.

Yeah, I put over 2 million BP into Sadako before I got BBQ - I think it was one of the very last perks I unlocked. Yes, it's extremely silly.
To be fair though, we don't know if BBQ is going to be worth using, or will even keep it's BP effects as it's on the reworking block.

well, there are like 100 perks in the pool. meaning 300 perks you need to collect in the bloobweb. if you are not even getting 3 perks per web yet... anyone wanna do precise maths or is it clear already?
