1. No, he's already got a really high kill rate if I remember, free map pressure with zombies and is almost unloopable if he uses the drag exploit, so he doesn't need any buffs.
2. Yeah, they said so in the anniversary stream.
3. I think he'll have a different type of zombie, maybe lickers or something, and some kind of super-speed power like in resi 5. Maybe you hold down the power button and he stands still, and a path appears that you can control the direction of, and when you release the button he zooms along that path and hits/breaks anything in it. Maybe he'll just be a zombie summoner killer with lots of different types, like zombies and lickers and hunters and maybe even A.I. controlled tyrants. I don't know. There's so many better options they could've gone with. Why Wesker, the generic evil agent over Mr X or Lady Dimitrescu or Jack Baker or Birkin or anyone else.

I dunno if they'll do it, but a person on forum said it would be cool to have a survivor die and their zombie appear. <3
