Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

so when i was filling out one of the surveys i accidentally skipped a question do i still get my reward?

If you skip a question, the survey can't be send and send you back to the question you didn't answer. At least it was like that for me.
