question about the survey

do I still get the reward even though I have skipped answering the survey once?

I have done a few matches and I answered the survey except for one, do I still have to do all 7 again or do I continue where I left off

    You can continue where you left off. They asked that you try to keep it consecutive matches, but you are also allowed to complete the matches on separate days (before the deadline). Just make sure you complete it 7 times for the reward.
