Survivor immune to being hit?
Just had a match on Mother's dwelling, which seemed fine until there was only 2 survivors left, A Dwight I had hooked twice and a David I hooked once,
So seeing them both I chased David, swing and a miss, swing and a miss, he, goes through a window, grab animation but it got cancelled, swing and a miss, he vaults into me, swing and a miss,ended up giving up, found and chased Dwight, hooked him, he died.
Saw the David, didn't bother chasing him and just looked for hatch, found it and closed it. both exit gates were beside each other.
He kept tapping the exit gate, I just lunged at him a few times, did a few regular hits, I ended up getting Bloodlust 3 at the exit gates, he opens it, walks through it, drops his medkit, picks it back up and it has become a Flashlight, he then tried and failed to blind me.
In the end game chat he insists he was not cheating and it is a known bug. I do not know which part he was claiming was a bug, but to me it seems impossible, was I wrong for reporting him?

That doesn't sound like a bug to me or anything I've seen yet. A medkit suddenly turning into a flashlight looks like cheating but maybe it has happened to other survivors? Still, if he knows its a "known bug" he was exploiting it by doing it. As far as the hit misses, who knows. Usually when I get a match with a cheater/hacker they fly around spamming the whole match.

That's why I wasn't certain, he wasn't going out of his way to show off he was hacking like any of the other admittedly few hackers I have encountered. and I had never till now even encountered a survivor who was hacking. I'm still not certain but I don't know how else to explain it.

I mean, subtle cheaters aren't going to admit to it.
Though, we'd probably need to see a recording of your misses and this item switcharoo to judge what actually happened.

Aye that would be usefull, alas I do not have a recording software, had I, I would of turned that on and kept chasing him instead of leaving him to try and find Dwight.
