Force 1440p 120hz?

Hello, was just curious if anyone knows a way to force 1440p 120hz without having to switch my desktop resolution to 1440p every time? I don't even mind the game running at 60 it's just that when my desktop mode is set at 1440p and 120hz I get lower input latency even if the game is running at 60. When my desktop is set to 4k/60hz Its like playing another game with how bad the input latency is.

Its just a nuisance having to switch it back and forth every time I want to play the game.
