Survivors get to respawn.
Throw lore aside for gameplay for a minute and just think about how matches would go.

I think we should hold off on breaking the game by adding another game mode for a while. It would require even more balancing for the game mode. It would just be a shitshow.1

Sounds just like Last Year and at least I thought that respawning was a horrible concept for both sides as it makes killers feel weak and for the survivors it takes away to try to not die.
Regarding this concept in DbD I think that this is bad as it makes a whole lot of perks useless especially those that are affecting people in the dying state and hooks.
It would also make that no matter how bad you are as survivor you are given another chance and remove skill from the game as it doesn't matter if you loose the chase you respawn anyway.I know you said that we should ignore the lore but we can't as it is a important or at least something the devs care about to be reflected in the game. So by implementing this mechanic it would make the that the devs are either totally ignoring the lore in the game what they won't do as for eveything in the game there is some kind of explanation for it or having to rewrite everything what they are not gonna do as this would be too much work

You would respawn in a locker lol0

you just watched a "Last Year: The Nightmare" video, didnt you?
this would go against all the gameplay that differs DbD from LY:TN and make both of these games pretty much the same.
i wouldnt like this idea tbh...2 -
the survivors can be moried but they can respawn, killers can only fully win if all 4 survivors are sacrificed and moris can be used to slow the game down

Horrendously unbalanced. Whatever the respawn conditons (delay /timer, location) would be, it still takes too long to down survivors.1
