Why is Deathslinger 4.4, again?
He has a normal terror radious, dont have any form of map pressure, even if he hit the shoot, he does not have a guaranteed M1, there are some tiles where is Impossible to play with his gun, he cant down over pallets, his spear has a limited range. Slinger is not even a full on ranged killer, he has just a "pseudo range", an active reload, which takes speed from him AND to top it off, he is 4.4
Meanwhile, the artist has infinite range, can shut down entire loops in seconds, can pressure the map while in chase, can hit and down over WALLS, have a cooldown, which happens passively on the background, and she is the ranged killer who is 4.6?
This doesnt make any sense to me

Well, we are going to have to wait few years before we get anything -> look at Billy / Twins / Freddy. They just don't care.
Sad is that lot of killers could be fixed with just number changes.
My main issue with Deathslinger is his ADS mechanic, it's just terrible to use. Why do you have reduced FOV and turning rate? Just make it same like Hunterss / Trickster...

I thought his zoning might be too strong at 115%, but I can't imagine it would be worse than Pyramid Head, Nemesis, or Demogorgon.

To encourage using his power. It’s really strong. My only gripe is the terror radius (reduce it back down and nerf M&A) but even with it he’s very strong. One of my few killers I consistently win with no gen regression.

All 3 of those you can predict or react to. They all also have some decent limits to their powers to where or how they can be used.
Slinger doesn't really have that many limits to his power. The only thing holding his power back is the windup time. Outside of that, if a Slinger sees you then odds are he can hit you if he has the aim to do so. Even through the smallest of holes in walls. Not every shot will down, but every shot will wound and force mending. The long reloads or stun times are nothing compared to the time saved not having to run full loops.
So Slinger needs some kind of counter balance. Move speed is a decent choice as it makes it that much harder to line up a shot.
Think he could use a buff though. Not move speed, not range, not reload speed. Maybe making his ADS a bit faster, that nerf to his original ADS was needed but felt a bit too much. His chains also need to be a bit stronger by default. Landing a long range shot is often not worth attempting due to how quickly his chain breaks before being able to get anywhere close to the Survivor. At least add in a way to break the chain yourself without being stunned or locked in an attack miss animation.

Twins don't need anything.

It's painful to play them, of course they do.
Just let them switch during fatigue, so you don't get DS effect each time you down someone and want to hook them.
It would actually help both sides, because Twins would be less likely to slug with this change.

Twins are a slugger by nature, it's just how it is. Your buff idea will also further strengthen the people who (rightfully) use this killer as a slugging machine.

That's not true.
It helps only when you want to swtich to Charlotte. If you want to slug which is most optimal way for them right now, you stay as Victor and go for next hit, because you either get extra down or you get hit on healthy survivor and skip fatigue that way.

When killers get buffed, it's almost always microscopic things or stuff that doesn't actually do anything to fix the core problems they suffer from (see: Trapper, Ghostface, Clown, etc).
When killers get nerfed, they get gutted through and through (see: Freddy, Deathslinger, Hillbilly, etc)
It usually takes several waves of buffs to get bad killers to be decent, as we're seeing with Sadako. She's awful, so here's a few buffs that don't do the job. Good luck next time! And if the buff DOES improve the killer, don't worry because there's a nerf hot on its heels (oh hello Wraith, were people enjoying playing you? Not any more!)
And amending the over-reaching nerfs? Good friggin luck. Nobody wanted or needed the Hillbilly Overheat mechanic, but rather than admitting they were wrong, they made ADDONS to effectively remove the mechanic. You know. Instead of just fixing the terrible issue that your terrible design/balance team created, throwing a band-aid that makes killers weaker just to solve a bad design decision. Like with Boon totems and the "fix" of a terrible perk to try to balance them.
Anyway, Deathslinger is 4.4 because nobody on BHVR thinks they're going to get any more money from that expansion. So, just nerf it to oblivion and never look back.

It's sad what is his current state, that anniversary skin looks so good...

Dumb Question: What does ADS stand for in this context?
Aim Down Sights?

Ding ding ding and we have a winner immediately.
Case of answering your own question XD

I did say it was a dumb question. :D
I was mostly guessing on what seemed like the most likely abbreviation.

To be honest, none of the ranged trio (Huntress, Deathslinger and Trickster) should be 110%.
1 -
I think Trickster would be too oppressive at 115%. You'd actually be able to do well at high wall jungle gyms and shack.

Nah man. Trickster is probably the second worst killer in the game. He would need much more than a speed buff to be even remotely oppressive.

A good trickster isn’t half bad. In certain situations he is really good. Second in only to bubba in the ability to chew through health states. Some times, he totally sucks, but others is is great.
