So we've all seen a certain steed's head flop out of the Dredge's smoke, if you watch its idle animations. I didn't think too much of it at the time beyond "no, Maurice!", but all things in the Fog are beyond the reach of death... or so I thought.

Well, I just had a match on the Chapel, and I did a few circuits around the carnival to be sure. Maurice was missing. Carousel horse, check, demon horse, not check. It's possible I missed something, but I'm pretty damn sure there were zero (questionably) living horses on the map - and I, for one, am horrified by the possibility that there will be nothing for future generations of survivors to pet before they get to work on the circus gens.

It was against the Dredge, and I'm holding out hope that this is a single-killer easter egg. So tell me, anyone who's been on Crotus Prenn today; have there been any Maurice sightings since the Dredge entered the realm?

Because seriously, I want my dog horse back.
