Map Offering Rework, or Just a Mistake?
This is the only original map offering that doesn't send you to a realm, but to a specific location. Another reason why I don't think this is a mistake, is the flavor text fits very well with the Garden of Joy specifically.
Judging by the surroundings of the map and just looking at the map in general some things just don't quite fit. I'm pretty sure this realm is going to be used as the 'tome' realm. Where maybe we'll get map releases based on tomes (which I think would be pretty neat)
I'm probably just looking too far into this, I'll put the tinfoil hat away now.

Isn't the actual map called Withered Isle and the realm is Garden Of Joy or did I get that wrong?

Its the other way around. The map is called Garden of Joy, and the realm is called Withered Isle

the same happened with forsaken boneyard (artist map realm) offering and it was fixed so i guess it's an oversight
