Perks in bloodwebs need to change.
Playing the Dredge of course and I love him to bits. But, I hate, HATE, his bloodwebs.
Level 30 and not a single gen defense perk. The struggle is very real atm. Only 1 purple perk and the rest green. We should able to choose a perk every 10 bloodwebs or something. And perk levels need to GO.
Theres so many perks in the game it's killing me right now.

The prestige change will not change how the bloodweb works. It will only automatically unlock a survivor's or killer's perks on all other sirvivors or killers whenever a character is prestiged.
As it is now if you want a perk, for example Dead Hard, you have to find it in the bloodweb (3 times if you want it at tier 3) and you have to do this for each character you want it on.
With the rework you will only need to prestige David King once and Dead Hard will be given to every survivor you own at tier 1 (prestige 2 for tier 2 and prestige 3 for tier 3). But you can still unlock it in the bloodweb in exactly the same way you do now if you don't own David or don't want to prestige him.
The rework will significantly reduce the grind and give you more control over unlocking perks overall, but it won't change the current functioning of the bloodweb itself.

They said with the shrine when you buy them they automatically unlock on every character as if you prestiged that character and you'll be able to buy the perk to tier 3. So if you don't own David and you unlock the perk via the shrine you will get it on all characters, you don't have to luck out on getting it in your bloodweb like you do now.

I didn't realize shrine would auto unlock too. I missed that. That makes the rework even better!
