Дали мне сейчас бп что превысило миллион, если я сыграю игру, или перезайду в игру, у меня все скинется до 1млн?

Никто у тебя ничего не заберет. Но вот в матчах БП получать не будешь, пока у тебя не будет меньше 1 ляма.
