Anniversary Event Bugged?

So I know that there's an issue with the UI right now that only shows #/10 masks collected instead of #/12, however once I got to 10, it would not give me the remaining 2 masks I needed once I collected more invitations. I reloaded the game, however they are still not in my inventory, nor did I get a notification that I had unlocked anything. Is anyone else having this issue?

    I noticed that collecting Haddie's pants in the Event Tome counted towards the #/10 count even though it shouldn't. That might be a contributing factor (I assume the same applies to the Dredge's arm cosmetic).
