My opinion and some questions about new perk changes
I know it is early to assess all the changes yet, but I would like to address some points that I think are important.
Hex:Ruin nerf. Now 50/75/100% regression speed, and the hex is automatically destroyed if someone died/ or DC.
*** I think the numbers should be 100/125/150 and I don't understand why the totem should break automatically when someone dies or DC
Pop goes the weasel nerf. Now only apply 20% regression of the current progression.
*** I think that the change from "total" to "current" is enough nerf without needing to change the numbers.
Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance nerf. They remove the loud notification and the screams.
*** The perk was fine. The real problem is called Dead Man Switch
Dead hard rework. Now is an 1s Endurance when actives.
*** Am I the only one who thinks it's a tremendous buff? The perk now is more effective vs lunge. The killer dont know if the surv use the perk. The surv have 1s free to arrives to a safe pallet or jump the window. The surv can move freely with the rework and not in a straight line.
Self Care nerf. Heal speed lowered to 35% and efficiency of medkits removed.
*** I think it's an unnecessary and unfair nerf. The problem is in the effectiveness of any medkit, not in the perk.
Overcharge buff. Regression speed added.
*** Question. The regression speed is stacked with Call of Brine?
Coulrophobia buff. Added speed of skill checks.
*** Question. Speed of Any skill check or Healing skill checks only?
Scourge Hook: Monstrous Shrine rework. Hooks on basement are Scourge hooks and add 20% faster entity progression in Scourge Hooks.
*** I think the change is interesting, but it lacks real value in the style of play.
Botany Knowledge buff. 50% healing speed efficiency.
*** Unpopular perk, but huge buff. Like Self care, i think the real problem are medkits in general. With this change you have thought about balancing other perks like Desperate Measures?
Off the record rework. Now 80s Endurance when you are unhooked
*** The problem with second chance perks is that the unhooked gets the freedom to obstruct the killer in his chases. This perk is very abusive. The unhooked should run, not block the killer.
Sole survivor buff. Speed action increased for gens, exit gates and hatch when you are the last survivor.
*** Left behind 2.0
Lightweight buff. Now scratch marks will also fade 5s soone instead 3s and scratch mark will be more sporadic.
*** I think it will be quite strong. Will have to see it in game
If any dev can answer the 3 questions, I will be quite grateful.
