"Off the Record" change
I've seen a lot of people raising a concern that new Off the Record will introduce a way for survivors to abuse that long Endurance effect by forcing killers to hit them, getting free protection hits essentially.
But I've been thinking - BHVR already certainly has some code for perks both being dependant on survivors' and killers' proximity to you (like Blood Pact being active only when you're close to your teammate, and deactivating when not) and timer-based-perks being able to stop under certain circumstances (like Lucky Break which pauses when you get healed up). So maybe they could make OTR sort of a reverse of the Blood Pact - "you're stronger solo than in team". And that way perk would activate only if you're, like, 8-10 meters away from any other survivor, and go on pause when you are anywhat closer.
I feel like, it would still be a great counter to tunneling, yet will be impossible to use aggressively. And actions progressing the game will still turn it off altogether, making it impossible to "save up" Endurance with teammates around. All while "basekit BT" feature works as intended with no limitations, giving you time to actually separate yourself from teammates.
Plus it would give Zarina a great set of perks all around - something to take care of only herself, something to take care of only the others and something for distraction in hard times. Which even lore-wise fits perfectly for sole journalist, imo.

It should get nerfed. OTR is OP.

Devs never nerf survivor.

From what I gather devs never nerf survivor and they only favor survivor, and while at the same time they never nerf killer and only favor killer.
These forums really brighten my night sometimes XD
(yes OTR does need some adjusting tho, wasn't implying it doesn't)
