Question about the transition to new prestige system

So i have all survivors and killers p3 level 50, its an accomplishment im very proud of.

But as you can imagine, some of them i got to p3 level 50, and then stopped putting bloodpoints into them, so they have the minimum amount of perks.

Will they all AT LEAST be prestige 3 when the transition happens?

Because it said it was based on perk tiers.

If the answer to my first question is no, how many perks/perk tiers do i need to ensure everyone will at least be prestige 3 when the transition happens?

    Yes. They will also have all the perks from any other P3 killers automatically.
