Why would you ever take BT over the new Off the record?

I can't count the number of time where i went down immediatly because my teammates farmed me without BT, so why would i run i perk for other when i have the option of a stronger alternative for myself?

Also RIP BBQ and WGLF bp bonus, you will be missed.
