Regarding the effects that unhooked survivors get

So with the new developer update, it was announced that a survivor that was just unhooked will have haste. But my question is how will Guardian be affected/affect the haste effect? Currently Guardian gives the unhooked 7% haste effect for 8 seconds, along with hiding blood splatters and scratch marks. And gives the survivor running the perk aura ability to see the killer. So with this update will the speed boost that Guardian gives become irrelevant, or will it stack; giving the unhooked survivor for 5 seconds, then 7% for the last 3 seconds? So what's the deal?
