so with perk change am i losing my perks now on my one surv i got everything i wanted on ?

as the title says i got meg with every perk tier 3 that i want few are from leveling other survs the rest are from buying the perk in the shrine of secrets so am i losing all my perks now once the change comes?

You shouldn't lose anything.
When the prestige changes arrive, your Meg should keep every perk (and item, and add-on) that she has, but she'll also gain perks from any other characters you happen to have prestiged.

As the others said, you won't lose anything.

And she should gain a couple of prestige levels akin to the BP spend, as you now mandatory move back to lvl 1 when you reach lvl 50. But nothing is lost, only extra prestige levels gained.
