So do I need to reach P3 Lvl 50 to get the unique reward?

Basically the title. I just got P3 on Jill, but if I don't have to level her further to get the unique reward, I'd like to spend those extra bloodpoints on someone else as I'm trying to get as many of my characters to P3 as possible before the prestige rework drops.

I belive it's just P3. Doesn't matter what level.
I can't say 100%, but I'm pretty confident.

I am nearly 100% sure that you "only" need to reach P3 Lvl 1.
