Teachable Perks after the Dev Update
They want to make perks easier to earn but now you have to buy the teachables 3x in the shrine of secrets before you have them at max level. If the shrine stays like it at the moment and only offers 4 Perks for all people its gonna be impossible to get all teachables without buying all the dlcs @Tier 3.
So are they gonna change the Shrine or just ######### on all players that dont want to buy all dlcs.
And whats gonna happen with people that already have teachable perks on chars @tier 3 do they just lose the progress and fall back to tier 1 perks on those teachables?
What are youre thoughts about that? Iam curious to hear them.

You're able to unlock the perks at level 1 and then unlock the level 2 and 3 varients on other people via the bloodweb if you so desire. You only need to buy the perk at tier 1 and it will turn cost... 2 bloodweb to collect them at tier 3.
Moreover, anyone with tier 3 perks will have a prestige catch-up system implemented to correct this.
But yes, BHVR are a company, so they will naturally make things easier for those who do have the DLCs than don't.

Okay iam #########. Should have read more carefully.
Only read "You may also purchase a perk again to increase its Tier. This works seamlessly with the prestige system, as purchasing a perk you’ve already unlocked through prestige will instead increase its Tier. "
and apparently missed " Subsequent Tiers of that perk will also begin appearing in Bloodwebs. "
