I'm Confused
I've been trying to get some insight on the forums and I'm getting the following.
DH has been nerfed.
DH has been buffed.
The devs are killer sided.
The devs are survivor sided.
Killers have been nerfed.
Killers have been buffed.
How can all of these statements be true at the same time??? MY BRAIN HURTS!!!
Seriously, the fact that there are so many complaints from the more fervent supporters of both sides helps me think the devs are on the right track with the right intentions. As someone who plays both sides, thanks for the effort devs, I'm quite interested in seeing how it all plays out.

hurt to say this but dead hard has been reworked, wish you to consider this as well.
...also if you think devs are on right track because of "fervent supporters", I think that's a little strange.

Forum extremists love to speculate wildly in order to reinforce their bias.
They also love to reinforce their bias, period. So even after the changes go live you'll still see more of the same.

The devs nerfed the killer slowdown meta and gave teeeny tiny buffs in things like attack cooldown and breaking pallets to somehow make up for it. Gens will take 10 seconds longer which is nothing.
Meanwhile the second chance survivor meta was somehow nerfed by giving them a billion new ways to get second chances. Borrowed Time got "nerfed" while Off the Record got turned into a version of BT 10x stronger. You cant make this stuff up.

I'm sorry; I don't get your point. I think the change to DH is a good thing. It'll require more skill now and DH users are vulnerable to grabs. DH still has to be useful; it's just not the abomination it is currently.
Edit: Also, if the more extreme members of anything on both sides dislike the same change that means it's normally a fair compromise.

No one can say without playing PTB but solo Q definitely doesn't need multiple nerfs, some changes are weird and nothing to fix the core issues like facecamp, it seems meh
