Surveillance is a good perk... but it doesn't work.

I used to love surveillance, but lately it seems like every perk that affects generator in any way makes them appear as yellow, which completely overwrites the white tint of surveillance.
I was expecting a QoL change for this perk in the upcoming patch, but since we are not there yet... any plans in making this perk work again?
