Prestige Perks Kept After Update?

So i have not gotten the chance to comb through all the info yet.

But one question bothers me. What if i have tons of perks level 3 on different kinds of characters (killers and survivors) but have NOT P3'd all of their corresponding characters. Will i just loose them and they turn into level 1 perks or what?

    Your perk inventories for all of your characters are gonna remain untouched, and if you've unlocked all the perks and maxed them on a character without P3'ing them, they're gonna be adjusted accordingly as to what actual Prestige they would be under the new system based off of how many point's you've spent on them.

    At least that's the way the devs have presented it. lets just wait and see tomorrows PTB if it all screws up some how.

    From what I understand you will keep them, but the game will "auto prestige " you based on how many bloodwebs youve gone through. For example, your Trapper has all perks unlocked Dredge downwards, all Tier 3. Update drops, your Trapper is auto prestieged to Tier 7 or whatever based on how far youd have made it by now
