Why not make use of that Killswitch?

After the DH rework got shown off I wouldn't be suprised if that perk went up to 80 or 90% userate from people trying to abuse it before its gone. Why not just killswitch to remove it early and admit that it was a mistake of a perk. Could easily do the same thing to Ruin, Pop, etc.

    Kill switch is meant for game breaking bugs or other issues.

    Dead Hard, as much as I loathe it, is neither.
