Permanent damage on the deep wounds meter

perhaps the only thing needed to balance legion to where he should be, is to permenantly decrease a survivor’s max health by 10%, up to 50%, on the bleedout meter every time they are inflicted with deep wounds. This would result in a total of five hits being needed to get the bar down its minimum 50% charge.

@Peanits I saw your comment regarding it being difficult to balance the legion on @Nickenzie ‘s post. Perhaps this could work?

I think that it would be more balanced if the survivor's max HP only if they weren't under the effects of deep wounds at the moment of being hit. I say this because if you tunnel one survivor, it can take up to 4 frenzy hits down them once. You hook them, and then they would only have 60% of their bar left at the most, which is only three frenzy hits. Now you only have to recover from one frenzy stun to down them instead of two. At this point, they're just an M1 killer that vaults like a survivor. To that survivor, they would be almost as effective as the nurse. That's not healthy for the game or fun for the survivors.

However, if that effect was more gradual as I recommended, it would be a better strategy to spread your damage out. Sure, the survivor can just mend and heal, but they also just lost 10% of their bleedout bar. If that happens too many times, then they have to deal with one of the most powerful killers in the game. The counter-play to this would be to keep a distance from the killer so that they don't stab someone, stab someone else, and cause a chain reaction that brings them closer to becoming a beast. This would make legion into a great late game killer, but only if the killer performed well.
