DC issues without Dcing?

playing a game just a few minutes ago and out of nowhere I couldn't open a chest... a few seconds later and the round ends showing that The killer and I both DC while 2 others escaped. 

we still had 2 gens left to do so obviously this is impossible. 

anyone know what is going on with that? It's been happening a lot lately. 
playing on xbone.

    I had a weird DC as killer the other night where we all got disconnected before the map even loaded, and it showed that I got 2500 points or something like that. We could still talk in afterchat too.

    Also, I wonder if you opening the chest caused the DC because I know there was a bug that caused a lag spike whenever someone opened a chest. I thought that got fixed tho.
