Can't Access the PTB through the Steam Beta tab

I wasn't really sure if this fit in either of the PTB Forum sections since this is more of a Steam issue (but feel free to move it to either or if the mods see it fit to do so)

But for whatever reason the PTB just isnt showing up in the Beta tab, even 3 hours after the PTB has been reenabled. I've restarted Steam and my Laptop several times and no changes.


Any ideas on what to do or what's causing this?
