The relation between deep wound and endurance effect
Wait so how does it work.
I know you can't heal when in deep wound, so no styptic agent.
I thought you can't get the endurance status effect when you have deep wound. But I guess actually perks that provide the effect don't care if you are deep wounded.
Imagine, you get hit, then you dead hard (the new one) and get the deep wound but then (because you got stacks earlier) if you get hit mettle of man activates. OR imagine this, you get unhooked, hit but the rescuer had bt, then you dead hard (again the new one) and you still don't go down....
Is it really how it's gonna work ?
You get endurance, and you get endurance. Everyone gets endurance (granted it's only a few perks out of like 100, but jeez...)

I was thinking the same as you. Never knew endurance can stack even with deep wounds. (with MoM as a non-deep wound endurance exception)
Maybe it always could stack but we never saw it until new DH and OTR came into play? Really weird thing to allow in the game ngl

The fact that you can stack OTR, BT, Dead Hard and MoM is so broken..

It previously couldn't stack due to BT requiring you to be rescued and not lasting long enough, Soul Guard requiring you to be slugged and then picked up by a teammate, and Styptic Agent requiring you to already be injured.
Due to how long OtR lasts, you can easily be healed to full health in that time. If I'm assuming right, it would be injury into either deep wound or MoM (Assuming you have the stacks) then dead hard into deep wound again.

If more than 1 perk with Endurance active, take a hit will disable all of them.
I had MoM active on hook, unhooked with BT, I body blocked and took hit from BT, MoM also deactivated.
OTR & BT will not go in pair. MoM sometimes doesnt work, as if you take a hit or two, the chase is now counted as chasing you, not your teammate anymore, which not count as protection.
MoM alone is hard to activate the perk, since you should only take 1 hit per time, thrice. But with new OTR & Dead hard, you know.

You can actually get hit with OTR and take another hit with DH from what i have seen.
Edit: I just noticed that i missread your comment so nvm

Just to clarify, Endurance and Deep Wounds are separate independent status effects. Not everything that grants Endurance automatically inflicts Deep Wounds (Mettle of Man is the current example). So having a Deep Wound has no direct impact on whether or not you have Endurance and vice versa.
