Why? Freddy is pretty terrible at the current moment in the game. If people want the magic bullet of high performance at the skill floor, they'll probably go to Bubba.
Wraith is easy to play and performs well in low skill brackets. He's got a low skill ceiling and terrible in high skill lobbies. There's not much to say.
If annoying players are your problem, you're correct that they'd all move somewhere else and removing a killer solves nothing (ergo, why would you ever do that.)

Lmao. That was so blunt kinda got me off guard. But to be serious you sont remove a killer because of the players playing him, but because of how powerful the killer is. He's very balanced imo

I don't play dbd anymore, but there are some none toxic killers out there as well.

He's not easy to play against survivors who know how to play against him. That's why he does well at lower MMR, because they don't know how to play against him.

The true way you fix Wraith is you revert back is uncloak speed boost to 1.25 seconds rather than just 1 second as it is. :)

Allow him to fly kick survivors in the face while cloaked.
