Pallet kicking speed.
So this is being buffed at a base kit level then I have a question about it. Will this also apply to killer powers that break pallets, such as Oni? I'm pretty sure Oni's pallet breaking speed during his power is the same as a normal kick, will it also get 10%?

Well that's a shame, slower to break pallets during his power than a basic kick seems backwards.

Just remember that you also aren’t required to literally touch the pallet and spam the action button. So all in all I would say it’s still saved time, or an even break (pun intended) at worst.

It can already be faster depending on the situation. Like demo max lunging or using the demon dash is going to be faster because of the move speed.

It's the same way right now. If you're already charging your power prior to them throwing a pallet, your power will still break it faster cause all you gotta do is let your power go.
However if the pallet is already down, and you're just walking around, it's better to just kick it.
