Bloody Party Streamers should be as common as the Flans

They actually used to be marked as common items up intil patch 1.4 or something. That was the good ol days but now they are the rarist offering in the game or smthin like they never appear so people treat them like treasure and don't use them. Something as simple as making BPS more common would of reduced the grind a very good amount

They were common back then because they were an event item, but they decided to leave them but increase the rarity to rare.

Where they the event item for the howling grounds event? No wait I think it was the winter solstice event. I forgot

They should give BP ofterings their own rarity imo

They need to up its frequency. It would certainly help alleviate the mess of a grind.
