Will we ever get more Cheryl skins?
I'm not talking about legendarys. Not that I have a problem with other SH characters coming in. But I'd like to see more stuff for Cheryl since she's my favorite protagonist.
Pyramid Head got a blight skin. While that was probably a really slim chance of even happening in the first place, having something like that for her would be nice. Maybe for next halloween we can get the dark version of her from the horsy ride? Or her princess heart skin? I know that one's more of a joke but still it would be cool to see.
Really I just want more customization options for her. Most of her stuff is in sets so you basically just commit to one outfit constantly.

Unlikely.
BHVR would have to get in touch with Konami and work something out.
Konami, who rather infamously does not give a **** about the Silent Hill franchise anymore, and will ptobably be difficult to work with.
I'm surprised they managed to work out three different legendary skins for her.

Wasn't the next installment of Silent Hill leaked a while ago? I think Konami is opening up oportunities for Silent Hill.

'New Silent Hill game leaked' has been a thing every month since the latest game in the series released a decade ago. I wouldn't put any stock in those rumours at all until something concrete shows itself.

maybe? cheryl is pretty popular so i dont see why not.
though, the last licensed skins (aside from Yoichi and Sadakos chapter release skins) were Tapps and Pigs rift cosmetics in January- 6 months ago. so i wouldnt get your hopes up for one anytime soon.

That doesn't necessarily mean they're hard to work with though. Every single one of Pyramid Head's outfits are original dbd outfits. Sure Cheryl has a lot of legendary skins, but she also has a few original shirts and I THINK her green sets are also original but idk that for fact.
Now, I think if we're going to talk about difficult to work with, let's talk about the Wes Craven Estate with ANOES. In the 4.5 to 5 years Freddy and Quentin have been in this game, they haven't received a SINGLE cosmetic. I feel like if Konami was such a challenge to work with, we would have less cosmetic than we do for Cheryl and Pyramid Head and I HIGHLY doubt such a "hard to work with" company would allow a game to make an original cosmetic based around an in game event.
I'm not one to usually jump on the "Blame BHVR" train, especially when we're talking about licenses. However, I think this one is a "blame BHVR" thing. It could also be the license holders, it could be both. I just don't see a company that's allowed for original skins to be "difficult to work with" as you initially put it.
