Harper Row, "Bluebird" - DC Licensed Character Perks Concept

Now, is Harper Row the best fit throughout all of DC canon for a survivor in Dead By Daylight? Almost certainly not. But! Is she the best fit from Gotham specifically? Not really. However, have you considered that I love her?

Joking aside, I do think she'd be a good pick. Fresh-faced and lacking in training enough that having her in the Fog won't strain credulity, but tough enough that she'd be one of the more formidable survivors to pop up in a Trial, someone that the others might feasibly look to for guidance and protection. She'd be a good fit, especially alongside a Scarecrow killer or someone similar, so let's take a look at what I'd imagine her perks to be like...

Narrows Ingenuity: You're familiar enough with electrical engineering to know how to guard against common failures. Any generator that you've worked on for 14/12/10 seconds will regress 50% slower when kicked or otherwise damaged. This effect is cancelled if any survivor works on that generator again.

Shining Symbol: When everything looks bleak, they look to you. When any other survivor is in chase within 24/28/32 metres of you, they see your aura. Taking a protection hit for a survivor will hide their grunts of pain, blood pools, and scratch marks for 20 seconds. This effect has a cooldown of 20 seconds.

Vigilante Training: Your training may not be that intensive compared to your peers, but it's more than enough. Performing a Fast Vault into the Killer will stun them for 3 seconds. Successfully stunning the Killer this way inflicts Exhaustion for 40 seconds. Vigilante Training cannot be used while Exhausted.

In terms of appearance, I don't necessarily think that her Bluebird outfit should be her base cosmetic, but it should be one you can purchase- alongside an alt where she gets that cool cloth facemask she gets early on, that looked sick as hell. Her base cosmetic should be more of a casual outfit, for Harper Row instead of Bluebird.

What do you guys think?
