Probably the 19th, but you never know. BHVR never explicitly confirm update times until close to release.

An update usually is scheduled 3 weeks after its PTB, so the 19th or 20th of July.

Looking at the prior two years, I would say the week of July 28th. Both of the last two years the new Tome was released on 7/28. I think they will likely push it one more week.

I'm guessing they're going to be doing more changes than usual from this ptb, so I would expect it either the last week of July or first week of August

I can just imagine you holding something that you drop upon hearing this news, turning to face the audience I absolute shock as a record scratch plays. The scene cuts to the outside of the Killer Shack as someone screeches "JUNE??" and the crows nesting on the top fly off like the crow bombs on Swamp maps
