I went against a Trapper earlier and something felt off. At first, I attributed the fact that he was faster than normal to perks. After a while i started to think something was wrong. He was breaking pallets and recovering from hits faster than what felt like normal. When he picked people up he moved so fast that the Trapper character model couldn't keep up with how fast he moved. The top half of his body like froze while his legs moved ridiculously fast. He had no perks other than Agitation to increase his speed.
